Rekordbox cannot quit as per normal

I am using Mac OS Yosemite version 10.10.5.

Everytime i use Rekordbox, I cannot quit the program normally. It just doesnt quit if i click on "Quit Rekordbox" or the "X" button. I have to force quit rekordbox everytime. Why is this so? Anyone can help please.

And it says i will lose any unsaved changes. Thus, i have to always redo my stuff on rekordbox such as aligning of the beatgrid.

What version of rekordbox are you using?

@kolo > Can you please provide the following:

Folder which includes all setting files:
/Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Pioneer/rekordbox

Database files:
/Users/[user name]/Library/Pioneer/rekordbox/datafile.edb
/Users/[user name]/Library/Pioneer/rekordbox/ExtData.edb

The easiest thing to do would be to zip those files and post them to a file-share such as Dropbox.
