@Ochenx > Sorry to hear about that, wen you sent it for repair, were you clear about what the problem was and did they explain their findings in the diagnostics?
Hi.
My ddj sx2 right jogwheel doesnt respond correctly. Everytime I try to do a scratch it slides on a path from serato - for example if I got track with "one two" sample and I try to scratch with only "one" sound it gently moves into the "two" sound. Problem occurs on few laptops with different o/s (win / mac). I've tried to have it repaired under the warranty but in two services (including general service in my country-which is 550km away from my city) they said (after 4months)that the device is working correctly and they send it back. I got newest software and I use newest Serato. Thanks for all help because I don't know what to do with the device.

Thanks for answer. Yes I was really clear about the issue, but they just said that the problem doesn't occurs and sent it back without any papers or expertise. It was general service and distributor in my country. Is there any Pioneer european general department so I could complain to?
I'll escalate this to a ticket with our CRM and see if they can provide an answer for you. Please look for an email with a link to the ticket for further detail.
Thank you. I didn't get any email yet.
It should have arrived at the email address you used to register your forum account; please check your spam box. I have just had the system generate another email.
Ok I got it. But what is it, because I don't really understand?
Don't worry about that just yet -- if the engineers require additional information you will receive another email with that detail. :)
Ok, thank you.
I had the exact same problem. after 2 months i received a new controller.
i plugged it in to my laptop without any output, and the jogwheels crept ever so slightly.
but once i hooked it up to an output the jogwheels dont respond to my touch at all
now this is a BRAND NEW CONTROLLER!! can anyone please help me.oh by the way I bought the controller in Jan 2016 and it went into the shop in march
@Neal > It could be there is some kind of electrical ground loop or interference causing that to happen. Which outputs were you using and was the power supply for the computer and controller the same as the device you connected the outputs to?
thank you for your response ive used both outputs with the same results
the controller and amp are plugged into the same outlet. the laptop was also
but i unplugged it from the power source and have the same problem.
ive even moved it to a different area using a receiver. its definitely a problem when you plug it into an output,
@Neal > Was the servicing because the jog dials weren't responding? What, if anything, did they say or do to fix the issue, and did it work when it was returned?
the issue wasn't fixed the controller was returned to pioneer it is now going to take 3 more weeks to get a replacement controller. pioneer has cost me money on gigs.
what can i do to either speed up the process of getting a new controller or a refund.
@Neal > That didn't answer my questions. I'd like to assist you but without that information I can't provide much help.
