Hi,
In Rekordbox its the TAG window your looking for, In the main window (right hand side) click the ''Show/Hide Playlist Palette Window" you will then see 4 little rectangle boxes appear on the opposite side with the words TAG in one box, click on TAG and then click the box (icons look like a list with a down arrow) to the right of the 4 small boxes, this will open the TAG list - you may have to drag the window open to get a larger view.
This is the TAG/Prepare list.
To add a file to the prepare list simply highlight a song, right click (PC) and select add to tag list.
Be aware the songs will remain in the tag list even after playing and even after you shut rekordbox down and reopen so you have to highlight them in the tag list and click remove from tag list.
