So I opened Rekordbox today and for some reason, the section above my library where the waveform and hot cue and loop options are have disappeared.. Here's a screenshot.
What's weird is that when I have a song playing in the application, if I use my mouse around the region of where the waveform normally is, I can move the song around by apparently clicking and moving around the waveform! This is very bizarre (and quite tricky to word) but I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? I've tried opening an older version of Rekordbox (4.0) and reinstalling version 4.1, but still nothing. What's very weird is that I open Rekordbox 3.0, I have similar problems whereby I can't see the waveform when I load a track.
Any thoughts? I have a big event in two days and I'm needing to set up hot cues etc, so looking for a quick fix if possible! Thanks!

bummer. i am searching for similar answers, but did do not have an older version installed to test and had been searching for an older version hoping it would fix things.
sort of assuming now that this has to do with my older cpu (or specs).
big time fail for rekordbox since the previous versions were working so well!!
