What kind of file(s) are you trying to edit the tags of?

I do NOT save the information of the tags
Hello, I have a few days working with Rekordbox, preparing my lists. But I have a problem, I don't save tags, Comments or score. The reeiniciar the program, some tags are empty, and if I do re-read the tag return the info. Any solution?
