You can adjust the Grid in Performance Mode. If you move the cursor to the deck number, there is a small arrow there, click on it and you're given the option of Pad Mode or Grid or Memory .

Beatgridding options in DJ (Performance) mode
Hi Rekordbox team,
Can you make beatridding options available when running in DJ (Performance) mode? In some cases you need to move or change your grid (a little to the left or to the right, or change an unstable gridded track like older unsteady disco tracks). And then you are not able to do so on-the-fly (as with Traktor).
Then you have to change to Export mode, which is not what you want during your set....
Are there plans to integrate this functionality in DJ mode to make this available with (for example) a similar button as you can call your FX, CFX or Sampler on your DJ/Performance mode screen? That makes the product (again) even more mature!

Thanks for your quick answer, Jay, that helped me out!
The gridding option is (hidden) in a corner when clicking beneath the deck number, I can see the grid now. That's great! However, when I select it on the other deck, the gridding option on the first deck is gone again....probably the way it works....
