DJ DDJ SR problems with traktor

Hi!

I'll buy Pioneer DJ DDJ SR to use with Traktor and I've read in some forums there are problems with some functions in spite of using a correct mapping (cue...)

Could someone guaranteed me if it works correctly?

Don't take one user's word for the product or support - there have been tens of thousands of DDJ-SRs sold and naturally there are a few units which have had hardware issues. Those users were directed to contact technical support for diagnosis and repairs, so contrary to what he says, Pioneer DJ does support its customers and products.

The DDJ-SR does work with Traktor, but as this is a Serato controller, Pioneer DJ does not provide a TSI mapping file. 3rd party TSI files have been created and can be used.

Nope there is a big issue with the ddj sr and after a while some of the knobs don't work, the audio drops out. Don't buy this, and there isn't much pioneer does in terms of help.
