About a year ago I purchased a DDJ-SR controller. After a year of usage with no problems, I recently noticed that some knobs and specifically on the right deck seem to not function properly. For example while my right deck filter is set on 12 o' clock I still get frequencies cut. Another example is that even when I set my channel fader to the maximum level I still don't get the max volume from the channel. That are the main problems I have come across. I have tried to fix this by changing the USB ports and reseting the controller but for some reason it wont work. I use Serato (version 1.9.1) with Windows 7. I would like to know if it is a hardware misfunction or it may be caused from something else and what can I do to fix this.

@Aggelos > Sorry to hear about that, but it sounds like a hardware problem. Please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have the unit inspected and/or repaired.
