Have you adjusted the channel trim knobs on the RB so the channel meters show adequate levels?
Dear PioneerDj support!
I bought a brand new PioneerDj DDJ-RB rekordbox dj controller a week ago but I have a problem with it.
When I turn the master potentiometer for about 10-11 o' clock nothing is coming out from the master output or very low sound.
If I turn it to the maximum level it is not as loud as it needs to be.
I switched the channel level meter led to master level meter on my controller and it also showed me nothing when I turn the potmeter for 10-11 o' clock, but in rekordbox, the master level meter shows yellow.
I tried using my pc as master but that worked great so the problem is not in my speakers.
I have the latest Rekordbox Dj 4.1.2 and the latest firmware 1.02.
Please help me figuring out whats wrong with it.

Yes, I did.
I switched the function of the channel level meter leds to master level meter on the RB.
Rekordbox shows Yellow and a little bit Red on the level meter in rekordbox, but RB level meter shows nothing when I turned the Master Level potmeter to 10 o' clock and the sound is very low, when I turned to 11 o' clock it shows me 1 green led, when I turned 12 o' clock it shows 2 green led, but it jumps up and down to 1 green led.
The master sound is not as powerful and loud as needs to be. If I turn to the maximum level it isn't powerful and loud enough too.
Please help me.
(Sorry for my lack English)
@Szabo > The software levels don't necessarily reflect the hardware levels; please ensure that you turn the hardware trim knobs to a point where the peaks of the tracks show the first yellow LED illuminating when the song is at its loudest.
Okey. Thank you for answering.
