Problem in rekordbox

Hello, I would like to know how i change in preferences -> Analysis the pioneer folder.

the folder is moved to another side and isn't possible to change them. i'm using mac OS X,

Hello,

i've restored the library from a file in windows to my new mac, trying to import all the analyzed files.

But now, overtime i import a new file, the software says that is not possible to analise files.

I send a print screen

See PIONEER analise folder.

I've tried to remove program and user library but when i install again is the same.

What method did you use to transfer the database from the PC to the Mac?

Hello. Thanks for the tip. I'm gonna use only this.

So i have use import l used backup and restore.

i have tried to uninstall like you tell in support but it install all again.

can you help me? thanks

@Micael > I'm still not clear on what you're doing or what you have done, but it seems you may have copied the files from one location to another, and have a different username on each computer, which is causing the problem.
