DDJ RZ - Really not that great

I have purchased this product almost 2 months ago as an upgrade from the DDJ SX which was great using Serato however the RZ has been nothing but problems major problems are the jog wheels do not stay aligned at all and now the unit freezes i.e. load a track and you cant cue it or adjust the tempo... and yes Im using the latest drivers and software from Rekordbox. The question I have is there a service center in Dubai UAE?

Until fixed gone back to using the DDJ SX with Serato way more accurate!

Maybe it's the software and not the RZ? I've been using

the RZ with Rekordbox, but have not really come across many

issues with MacBook Pro. Now I have absolutely no experience

with Serato, but I've heard it is fantastic. If you're used to that near

flawless program then maybe that's why the RZ seems to be unimpressive.

I'm sure that Rekordbox will keep getting better, and surpass other software eventually.

Maybe some SZ users can shed some light on this topic.

I own the DDJ RZ . I love the system for home use but can honestly say I paid $1000 too much. I expect fully that the DDJ RZ will be supported to the max. I paid a premium!! and I want premium service!

We just got DVS...free if you own the RZ

Support isn't missing and thats the way it should be. DVS doesn't impress me because the quality is much better with HID.

you cant CUE a track if the job wheel is behind the 0.0 mark and you cant adjust the tempo and get an accurate reading of the track until you analyse it. If you have an older computer it takes sometime to do so. Rekordbox needs a grid in order to sync songs correctly
