I am trying the 30 day free trial of the Rekordbox DJ Performance software on a DDJ-SX.
I prefer to beat match tracks manually but I find the pitch controls are far too sensitive to beat match with much ease. I have it set to 45RPM but there does not seem to be any other way to adjust the pitch sensitivity. currently this is the only thing i dislike about the software.is there any other way to adjust the sensitivity that I'm missing? any others finding this issue?

Easy one.
If you look, near the deck you have a small indicator that is probably saying "wide". You can change the tempo range there. I guess the SX has a "key lock" button that may double (using the shift button) as the shortcut to alter that.
IIRC you can cycle between +-6 +-8 +-10 or 16 and wide
