Error code8032

Hi new to  Rekordbox and the forums can anyone help please?

Prob 1:

Error code 8032 appears and I need to reanalyse tracks sometime works sometimes doesn't very time consuming and frustrating as you can imagine?   

Prob 2:

If I try to organise the files on the usb ( it doesn't work  with anything over 32gb?) I  move them to a logical order for me  and they don't move within the CDJ yet they have moved within the usb! Also convinced that some music files are no longer visible is that correct.
