Do you currently connect your CDJ 350 and DJM 350 with an RCA connector - red & white plugs?
If yes then you can use the DJM 2000.

Can I connect cdj 350 and djm 2000 together?
Hi all! I don't wanna look stupid asking this question but I am not good at technical side :)
I have 2 cdj 350 and I got my djm 350 broken while it was transported by plane even in a flying case... So I am looking for a new djm. If I buy nexus 2000 would it work together with my cdj 350s?

Of course!! All Pioneer DJ equipment is designed to work together making possible differents Set Ups for your own Djing style.
The connection is RCA Output from CDJ 350 to RCA Imput channel DJM-200NXs of your selection
