lol, let us know when they speed up hot cue loading and make the search feature usable like it is in rekordbox, then ill debate buying them

I'm afraid they wont speed up the hc loading Brichi... The search is ok, just need a clear button. You mean the filter search?

in other words you can't search parts of a title, it has to be exact 

for example like in a video i watched, if a use wants to find "fine china - Chris Brown" you have to type it out just like like vs in REKORDBOX you can just type fine chris and it comes right up, you can't do that on the players

there are tracks that you may have different spelling or not know the full title so you can just type parts like party pitbull and it will list it right away vs using the word party and having 100's come up, I wish the players could do that

he even mentions in that video the slow loading if you have 8 hot cues, there are time i do sets that i drop tracks quick and having to wait 5-6 seconds everything i drop a track to just hit play is insane especially since much cheaper decks like denons load the hot cues instantly on track load, no delay, it seems the engineers put a workaround in to auto load cues but they don't want to improve on its functionality

I care more for the loading times... Even with 1.10 firmware, where the loading speed is same as in the nexus1, it is still not fast enough for 700$ more expensive players than the nxs1...

its a shame, they lost some sales on those 2 points alone. maybe the NXS3 will have them

SO glad I read this, i was about to buy a couple of NXS2s but this has put me off! thanks!

While I am ranting, I don't know what they haven't fixed simple things like Autoload HQs on the old CDJ2000 players to be more like the NXS. Same goes for FLAC support etc

The main reason I (and I think clubs) upgrade is not the firmware but the hardware more HQ buttons, Slip button, master/sync, touch screen, etc.
