There should be the iTunes "bridge" feature (not sure if it's called that anymore) But to the left column if you scroll down towards the bottom you'll be able to see iTunes there and you can refresh for the latest changes you've made to iTunes & your playlists. After that point you can go to Sync manager and sync any of your iTunes playlists to rekordbox then to your device / USB stick. Make sure "Sync iTunes Playlists" is checked. I was dragging and dropping from itunes/Serato as well but then I realized I lost a feature " convert iTunes grouping to label" ...So any notes i left in that column wouldn't show up unless I imported tracks to my collection from the iTunes tab as seen in the picture below. Make sure you update to the latest rekordbox 4.1. Cheers!
