unfortunately. this is a known v4.1 issue on these forums, but any helpful conversation about it has yet to be provided and when proof of problems are provided, the mods stick fingers in their ears and say it works for me so na-na-na-na-na-na.
might be better off calling pioneer directly instead of depending on anyone here.
imho, if you can return it for a full refund, try that. else, try google and you will find the mac version of 4.0.8 online with a bit of creative searching and that should work better for you. good luck!
