Error Code 22 Rekordbox 4.1.1

My computer just fail because a virus attack and I had to reinstalled all software, but after I finished my rekordbox setup, captured my email and password. the DJ mix option and DVS option does not appear, If I check the licenses in preferences,  there appears two computer ID. I guess that it is wrong. Maybe because my first rekordbox installation generate a computer ID and the second one just generate another one. So, if I try to deactivate my license, and error code 22, it is generating. I spend some money on licenses that I can not use. it Is frustrating
