Driver Problem every single time!!!!! Help!!!!!!

This has been going on ever since I purchased the DDJ RZ and Rekordbox last Christmas.  Every time I open up Rekordbox to DJ, the DDJ RZ Asio driver never loads.  It takes 3 or 4 times closing and opening Rekordbox and turning on and off the controller, for the ASIO driver to finally load and then I can DJ.  Finally, after trying and trying, I end up having to load the driver again.  And even then it doesn't work.  I run a higher end PC, with plenty of power to handle the software as well.  I ran Serato for years before making the switch to RB.  I've attached pics of what RB prompts me to do every time.
