Hot Cue Color Changes Are Not Syncing to USB Drive

after i have my USB drive all synced vis sync manager, If I go to a local track  in Rekordbox and change lets say hot cue "A" from blue to green, this does not sync over to the USB drive even if I force a synchronization. So far only tested in 4.1.2
