Error While Opening "DDJ_RX ASIO"

i'm running windows 10 and everything will run smoothly for a while. then one day i'll open rekordbox and plug my controller in and turn it on and my audio setting will switch to "no audio device." i'll scroll down to select the DDJ_RX ASIO driver and i'll get the error message. from here on its basicallt a waiting game for it to work again. i have zero indication of what the problem could be. i've uninstalled and reinstalled to driver a bunch of times too and it never seems to correct the issue. please help!

@Justin > Can you try renaming the rekordbox3.settings file in this folder:

C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\Pioneer\rekordbox\

Quit rekordbox, open that folder, rename the file to rekordbox3.settings.old

Reinstall the RX ASIO driver, reboot the computer, open rekordbox and see if it works when assigned.
