Forward & Reverse not working on my pioneer ddj sr

 

I can't speed up or slow down the song that's playing. It suddenly stopt working during my set. scratching still works but speeding up or slowing down doesn't work anymore.

Anyone has a solution or is it a hardware malfunction

Several things to try...

1) Use a different USB cable.

2) Try a different USB port.

3) Use a MIDI monitoring application to see if the hardware has stopped sending signal from those controls.

4) Send the unit for servicing - contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region for further information.
