DDJ RX will not work as audio device in rekord box

I have been trouble shooting for a couple of hours now and had no luck. Rekord box isn't allowing me to set my DDJ RX as my audio device: every time I select it it instantly changes to 'No audio device'. 

I urgently need a fix because i am going to playing a show on it later today. I am a mac user.
