DDJ-SP1 causes Emergency Loop when plugged into NXS2
I noticed that when my DDJ-SP1 is plugged into my NXS2 players, it causes an emergency loop when I drum really fast on the pads.
It has messed up my performance for 2 nights in a row.. A firmware update seems to be necessary for both the SP1 and CDJ-2000NXS2

・ As the customer said "when I drum really fast on the pads", which mode does he use, HOT CUE or BEAT JUMP?
・Does the same issue occur when pressing the same buttons on CDJ without SP1?
・Does the same issue occur when using a different USB device from the one where emergency loop occurred?
・Does the same issue occur if you format the USB device where the emergency loop occurred and export the tracks to the USB device again?
・Does the emergency loop occur on the same tracks or randomly occur?
・Model, make, size of the USB device. USB2.0 or 3.0.
・Please ask the customer to provide us with the tracks where emergency loop occurred and the export database (you can upload this and provide the link)
