Does this happen on all versions of Serato DJ? Which version of OSX are you running?

DDJ-SR doesn't work after 20 minutes
My DDJ-SR doesn't work after 20 minutes. According to our local supplier it's a firmware fault. Upgrading the firmware doesn't help. When the SR "breaks" after something like 20 minutes there is no audio, no lights etc. on my SR/Mac anymore. Anyone ideas how to solve this problem?
