I have a ddj rx and i have two questions.
First i can't update my firmware and i have follow the update firm information. When i started my software i get always a note that the firmware is not the latest firmware. I have installed the link and unzipped it . Then i have installed the latest java runner. Then i unplug the usb en put the ddj rx off. I put the usb back into the ddj rx and then i press on the shift and synq button en put the ddj-rx on. The led will light up and then I don't see anyting change.
System : windows 10 i5 8Gb ram.
On my second laptop the i have the same problem and also after a few minutes my laptop crashed. I think the reason is to high cpu (100 %), is that possible windows 10 i7 16 gb ram. (this laptop is 5 years old.)

We never heard Ver 0.03 of DDJ-RX firmware.
Will you please check the version number again?
Also, will you please provide us the Serial number in the sticker attached to the bottom of the product?

Windows stearing programm VER1.100

What should i do?

DDJ-RX engineers would like add very important information for you.
As you stated below, you should press the both Shift and Sync buttons continuously until the LEDs of the Mast level meter are lit.
