Error while opening DDJ-RZX ASIO

Bought the DD-rz Two weeks ago and been having this same problem, not been able to hear any sound except on one ocaasion. The error opening DDJ-RZX ASIO" needs to be taken seriously by Pioneer and Rekordbox as it's a massive issue. The one time I was able to hear audio thorugh my headphones required me to disable my normal computer sound and re-install the driver, I had to set the sound option on my laptop to Pioneer option and also in the Rekordbox audio setting, this came up with Line (Pioneer DDJ RZ) Master, I also set headphoens output to ine- Pioneer DDJ RZ, then everything owrked fine. 

But then I finish my mix and try to connnect my controller the next day, my laptop defaults the sound back the the standrad sound for the laptop. So when I connect my controller the same error opening DDJ RZX Asio came up. No looks like ther eis no fix from Pioneer, cannot just spend £1530 on a controllr and still cannot get the audio output. 

This is really poor and all of the treads I have read online have not beeen useful either, nor is the rekordbox support instruction....
