DDJ-RX Can you change the sensitivity of the jog wheels?

I am trying to get my jog wheels to be more responsive but I cannot find anywhere in the manual where it tells me how to do this. 

On page 28 of the manual it talks about changing the sensitivity of the jog dials, but that is just the platters on the top. I want to change the speed at which I can put tracks in and out of sync with the wheels on the side.

Is there an option I am missing somewhere?
