Hy guys!
For a long month I've been trying to install correctly my DDJ-RB.
Only for information, the firmware controller and Rekordbox version are the latest (driver has no updated version at the moment). OS is Windows 7 ultimate SP1 / i3 / 6GB RAM.
The driver can be correctly installed, recognized for all USB ports and Rekordbox software runs . The problem is every time that that the pc is turned off and on (not restarted), the driver is not recognized and I have to deisntall and install it again.
I read and followed all Pioneer FAQ information trying to solve the problem as:
- Disabling the Windows driver signature
- Deinstalling and reinstalling all drivers
- Reinstalling Rekordbox software (even knowing that is not the way !!!desesperated!!!)
- Even with no one device conected to another USB port
- The OS was installed for many times, updated and checked
- All drivers of my pc are updated
I insist, please note that I read all information about the issue with different situations.
I ask for help to solve my problem, because I'm feeling very desapointed with my recently acquisition. It's inaceptable that every time when I want to operate my controller it's necessary to deinstall and reinstall the driver (and I'm not using for work........).

Hello Towers,
DDJ-RB cannot be updated because you have not updated Windows or you failed windows update. Windows will have the Pioneer DJ authentication if you update your Windows.
Will you please click Windows Update from Start menu to update Windows?
This is the only solution to install the DDJ-RB driver.

Tengo el mismo problema ese no me reconoce el controlador sale lo mismo en administrador de equipo pero sube y baha todo bien pero cuando me voy ala opcion de auido sale un error y nama funciona para la tarjeta de la compu que sera tengo windows 7 ultimate 64 bits y esta actualizada

I have the DDJ RB and i built a new PC with windows 10 Pro. I cannot install the driver correctly. I have the same problem like the first post in here. Windows has a problem with the driver-signature. I tried many things to solve the problem but nothing works. the only way is to start the PC with the windows-option "ignore the driver-signatures". Then the controller works fine. But if i reboot the system with the standard-settings, the problem is back.
Please help me oder give me a solution für this problem!!!!!
Did any one find a solution only way I can get it to work is by disabling signatures every start up
