Do you think people want to be on here asking these questions or they would rather be djjng with equipment and software that works in the first place after spending a lot of cash.

I think there's a lot of people on this forum that can't really make questions...
Hi everyone,
I just signed in to this Pioneer Forum because I want to switch from my Kontrol S4 to a DDJ-RR with Rekorbox (I love the ability to "prepare the tracks once, play it everywhere").
I was reading a lot of post, looking for information about bugs and other problems (I tried rekorbox with a DDJ-Ergo and I had zero issues) buy a lot of people just make me mad!
A lot of you just say:"Oh I got this problem" and nothing else... I mean... Come on! How could someone help you? And how can you help someone writing "just that"! Tell everyone what PC or MAC you are on, what kind of controller you have, what operating system you have.
Please be more specific and clear in your questions and help people looking for informations, and Pioneers Administrator, to understand where "probably" is the real problem.
I'm not affiliated in any way with Pioneer, but I work in a software company and reading some sort of stuff makes me sick.
Get your question straight and report all kind of bugs! This Rekorbox software has potential like no dj software ever had before!

Man I know, but I've used Traktor and Serato the last 5 years... They all had and still got some kind of problems... I had problems with the Kontrol S4 (600€ equipment) that nearly screwed one of the biggest gig of my life. This things happens with all this electronics and software and all the variables with these kind of systems.
I know it sucks because we are spending hundreds of euros or dollars buying something from the most famous company in the "DJ World", and we expect everything to work fine from day one. And I'm looking forward to buy a DDJ-RR because I love the portability when a club doesn't have CDJs or I'm mobile dj-ing somewhere, knowing that I will prepare the tracks once and I can use them anytime, everywhere (CDJ and controller) and a lot of comments here let me think "ok, here we go again with those problems".
I tried Rekorbox, it looks fine and does a lot of things, more than Traktor & Serato. So I'm really looking forward to it!
And the only thing we can do is trying to help out, and to help we need to be clear about the configurations and everything.
