What an absolute nightmare............

First off I'd like to say how much I really enjoy using Rekordbox DJ.

I purchased a DDJ-RX and hooked it up to my offline computer, got everything set up through KUVO, and validated.

mixed for a solid week and one day I woke up to my DDJ-RX completely dead. done. gone.  I returned it to Guitar Center. and they were out NATIONWIDE until August 1st. So I had to resort to getting the SX2 instead as I have shows to prepare for and no time to wait around.

Now is where it gets interesting....

Rekordbox DJ decided to Unvalidate itself and switch over to the Trial version. I continued to use this until it expired and then it completely removed the Performance features off the rekordbox program completely.  There is NO way to bring the performance mode back up to the screen.

I decided to reinstall and go through the steps to login and validate an offline computer so I could get my legit copy back.  Once reinstalled it synced up immediately with my old account and left me with no place to activate / select a djprofile file / logout / ANYTHING.

I admitted defeat after hours of attempting to fix this and decided to install it onto my laptop that has internet.  Once Installed I signed in. Worked fine.  I enter my license key and it says that the license servers are down every single time.

I sit here with a legit License key, and a thousand dollar piece of equipment with no software to play on.  explain to me why I went with this company?

In addition to all of this, the site in which you need to connect with in order to receive an offline profile file "KUVO" is about the slowest website I've ever encountered.  It took me over an hour to login, hit edit, and select download dj profile.

UNBELIEVABLE. You guys are supposed to be THE go to company for DJing Why am I dealing with all of this?!

WHY am I wasting time when I need to be preparing to play shows?

WHY did I give you a thousand dollars for something that broke in a week only to be replaced with something with faulty software?

FIX THIS SHIT
