Delete file after recording with Rekorbox 4.2.1

Hi,

I have Rekordbox version 4.2.1. I rekordbox use the recording. After recording, write the information of the session and saved. the file is then deleted and lose the session. It is a serious failure of the software. Someone happened to him? Any solution?
