Rekordbox Update Pad Effects Bug Out of Time

Just a quick one, since the latest update of Rekordbox DJ, 4.2.1, the pad effects seem to not always be in time.  The most obvious for me is Trans. I have it set on 2 pads at 1/2 and 1/4 cuts and it seems to pause and wait for the off beat and then start cutting. If you then transition to another pad it does the same. I never had this issue with the previous version
