DDJ SX no channel cue output signal

i've been using my ddj sx mk 1 with traktor for a long time and last night the channel cue stopped working, i have the hardware knob set to cue, the software knob also set to cue and the soundcard is set up correctly because i get master cue, the only thing i don't get is channel cue audio. the knob works perfectly because when i turn it, the master cue lowers the volume as it should. the cue buttons also work because when i press them the software cue buttons also light up. this is urgent, please help :(
