Problem desactivation licence Rekordbox Dj (Error 22)

Hello,
I have a problem with the license deactivation Rekordbox 4.2.2 :

It is impossible to deactivate my license Rekordbox on a PC.
Error 22: Failed deactivation appears.

This PC has Internet and it is properly connected. This problem was also encountered on version 4.2.1.

Please help me, thanks.

this internet connectivity error is showing me when i'm trying to activate rekordbox,
