What are the settings for the parameter knobs? (Where are they pointing?)

CFX spiral up/down problem
Whenever activating Spiral up or down in the cfx section, my sound drops completely. Turning it off does not help. Only if I change it to another effect, the sound comes back. Anyone else with this problem?

I must excuse myself at first, it has nothing to do with the CFX. But I guess you already knew that ;-)
the paramater knobs are completely to the left. so completely dry. I have had occasions that it would work. I am using a macbook pro with osx 10.8.5 (mountain lion). I must confess that I am not using a rekordbox certified soundcard/mixer. I am using a Xone DB2 which is working perfectly with anything else in the software.

This is where I break you the unfortunate news that 10.8 is not an officially supported operating system and could be part of the problem.

That's not really a problem in that way that my macbook does support the latest OS. I am just waiting for the manufacturers of my hardware to give a "go" when they update their drivers for Sierra. Until now Mountain Lion was the only OS that did not have the infamous core-audio problem.
