Rekordbox Problems
Please have already sent 2 email before and did not have a solution, I work with rekordbox, Pioneer I use for years and need a solution to my problem, I can not be without my software because it's my job.
I bought a DDJ-RB controller and can not use in my rekordbox, the software to play the music it begins to catch and the sound is defective. I have 3 laptops, and 3 showed the same defects, even though fast, powerful notebooks. I've seen dozens of other user accounts with the same defect, I have 2 shows coming weeks and need a solution please!

What do you mean by catch? is your cpu occasionally peaking ,check the meter on the top right ,if it's occasionally hitting full ,the sound breaks up,unless it's something else,what r your laptop specs?

@Matheus > Knowing what your computer spec is would be a start in diagnosing the issues. Could you also please tell me if you have tried the following:
- updated drivers
- changing the buffer size to a larger value
- changing the USB port / cable used by the DDJ-RB (even though you say you've used several laptops, not all USB ports provide adequate power; please try different ports on each)

Two computers are Core i5 Dell, and the other is Core i3 with 4GB of RAM, has no other app on your computer, uninstall it to Ableton, I uninstalled all computer programs, updated the driver and fireware the DDJ-RB I changed the USB ports and sound to give play keeps crashing. Other programs like Serato and Traktor functioned normally, but I love Rekordbox and do not want to stop using is the best.

Do you have all of the latest Windows updates applied, as well as the current drivers for your graphics chipset?
Did you adjust the buffer as indicated in the previous post?
When the software crashes, is it crashing and closing? If so, is there an error message?

Yes, all updated in Windows 7 and computers that have Windows 10. No error message appears and the screen does not close, only the sound is cut in and out very slow. I believe it is a problem with playing the audio, because the rekordbox works well, only has this problem to play.

In one of my computers the message of "Unexpected error" and then the program closes. I put more 4gb RAM in my Dell S.Korea i5 Windows 10 notebook, totaling 8GB RAM, spent money for nothing the Rekordbox keep crashing songs. PLEASE HELP ME
