Rekordbox 4.2.2 - Hot cues delay

Hi, 

I just switched to RB from Serato to try it out but already encountering a couple of issues with hot cues.

Set up: Macbook Air, EL Capitan 10.11.6, Intel Core i5 1.8, 4GB ram / Pioneer DDJ SB2

1. Delay when taping (in performance mode) or clicking  any hot cue (in export mode) 
2. This one is more a question. I'm used with Serato that when the song is paused the hot cue won't start when I tap it unless I press and hold or click the play button. Is there any way to get this behavior in RB?
