Export Midi Settings not available

Hello.

Have any of you problems exporting midi settings?

I have two midi devices: 

Xone 4D (midi + soundcard)

Traktor Kontrol F1 (midi)

When I export midi settings for F1, I can save it and write the file name.

The problem is when I try to save midi settings for Xone:4D, I click on export and no dialog box appears. 

I'm really worried with this because I will lose all work about midi learn for Xone 4D

Any experience with this?
