I posted on here a few days ago about an issue with RB 4.2.4 not installing (a problem with the vcredist file) but now the entire thread has mysteriously vanished.
Do Pioneer not want people to know that the software may actually have installation problems? What gives?
I know I resolved it myself eventually, but surely the thread would be helpful to others that may run into the same issue. It also would have been nice to hear something from Pioneer about why this was happening.
But to just wipe it out as if it never existed? What the.....?

Sorry it was removed but you said you resolved it and then the thread was hijacked, so we removed it to stop any confusion with the other poster. No agenda or hiding on our behalf, again sorry for any thoughts that we hid it....
