DDJ-RX : tracks in sync but not lining up waveforms,

when playing multiple tracks, sometimes the tracks will be in sync but the waveforms will not line up, am using ddj rx with rekordbox and cant work out how to sort this issue, also having a problem where in that when i wheel up the track it does not spin far, it just runs back too a few beats behind and then continues the track, please help

ive filed an inquiry and had nothing back, it seems to be a very simple issue surely someone can assist

This sounds like a Rekordbox issue, not the DDJ RX. I too see tracks with perfect beat grids in Export mode look very different in Performance mode. It's only a visual issue as the tracks are audibly perfectly in sync.
