Evening all,I wonder if anyone on here can help me.I have a couple of issues regarding Rekordbox at the minute.Firstly, Rekordbox keeps crashing on me with constant 'Unexpected Application Errors.
The second problem I keep getting is that I can't get the latest firmware to update on my DDJ-RX.I have downloaded it on numerous occasions,but when I switch the DDJ on whilst holding Shift and Sync,all I seem to get is the message stating that the firmware is not the latest version.
Can anyone help me please?

As for the firmware, when you use that SHIFT+SYNC startup sequence, does the controller enter the firmware-update mode as expected rather than illuminating as it normally does when powering-on?
Are you running the firmware updater from the download page?
Hi and thank you for the response.After days and days of trying,I have finally got the firmware to upload to the controller.I had to run the firmware updater manually while pressing shift and sync.This is great news.However,even after this, Rekordbox still seems to crash,with 'Unexpected Application Error'. Sometimes it does not crash for an hour,sometimes it happens straight away.This is causing a bit of a problem whilst trying to create recording
