rekordbox tracks not loading in cdj'2

hit there. I just bought a new laptop. a Lenovo flex 3.

I transfered everything from my old laptop(MacBook pro) to the new one.. Everyhting seems normal.All tracks where there, cue points/loops, everything.

i connected everything like i used to, players & mixer where linked(visible on rekordbox). but i couldn't load any track into the players. they start flashing and do so for a long time and than give me an error. what should be the problem?  i had switched several times in the past from laptop(mac to pc , vice versa and so on) and this never happened before.
