DDJ SB2 Driver does not work

I have been trying for the past 30min to get the driver to work I've tried nearly everything and it just won't download or work. this is for windows 10.

Will you please explain what processes you took so far and at which process you failed in downloading?

DDJ-SB2 engineers would like to replicate the process you performed so that they need more detailed information.
