pioneer ddj rx crashing

hi can you help, while using rekordbox software a little error box comes up and the unit will just stop working having to reload to carry on this also happens if the pioneer ddj rx is not connected makes me think it could be software or maybe my labtop.

What version of Rekordbox and what are the laptop specs?

im using rekordbox version 4.2.4

lap top specs-i5 cpu

2.53 ghz

memory 3.00gb

32 bit

x64 - base processor.
