Sorry to hear about your issues and frustration. We strive to produce excellent high-performance equipment but with complex electronics, there is always a chance of component failure. The reliance on computers also places a significant source of possible failure points outside of our products, but we're not trying to pass the buck. Clearly, if the technicians were unable to find the cause of the issue, it's not a common one, and with thousands of the SX2 in use today, if it were a serious problem, more users would be making the same complaints as you. I'm happy our dealer was able to take care of you, and I sincerely hope you will consider Pioneer DJ products again in the future.
