Pioneer CDJ-2000NXS2 firmware

I just got my new Pioneer CDJ-2000NXS2's and wanted to know THIS:

Do I need to just install the The Pioneer CDJ-2000 NXS2 1.51 firmware update , and not worry about the earlier ones like 1.40 and lower numbered ones, will the 1.51 bring my NXS2 players up to date with the latest firmware?

yes, go right to 1.51

I´m wondering the same thing, but for CDJ-900 and CDJ-2000NXS, I guess its the same thing there, just go for the latest released firmware even if the decks are running a couple of versions earlier firmware? Like from 1.10 directly to 1.40 on a CDJ-2000NXS?

Since Pioneer only makes available the latest firmware, things should work that way :)

You can always update to the latest no matter what version you are in. Its a complete install each time pretty much.

I have some updating to do in the weekend then, 5 CDJs and 2 DJM-850s, hopefully there wont be any bugs related to the newer firmwares ;)
