Am i right in thinking it is possible to use my USB to update Rekordbox on my laptop?
Basically i have just set cue points and organized my collection. And dont want to lose it when i get a new laptop.
I was hoping if i right click the USB, and select'update collection', that it would update the whole music collection, and cue points from usb to new laptop?
If this is not the correct way, then how do i back up my collection / cue points please?

Use the 'library' --> 'backup' from the menu top left to back it all up. It warns that it is going to take a while, then asks if you want your music backed up (if you have your mp3's on a external drive you can select no) then he is going to backup all the settings, folder structure , cue's and everything to a zip file. This zip file can be restored back.
You're safe this way, every time I add mp3's or set cue's I backup. Easy and safe.
Ok great so I could upload that library backup to Dropbox if I were to lose my music abroad which is fantastic...
But my music folders are saved separately to Dropbox. So how would I then import each settings folder, and sync it with the track folders... so the cues correspond with the tracks?
