I have a problem using my DDJ-SX2 and Serato DJ which I demonstrate in this video

Have you checked that you don't have any MIDI settings in place for ANY other function within Serato? It's possible that there is an override happening due to an assignment to that deck 1 beat jump button. I'd start by looking for errant MIDI assignments.
