XDJ-R1jogwheel right side problems
i don't know what wend wrong but one day the right side jog-wheel stooped scratching.
it only scratches when i pres and hold shift.
any suggestions or help?

Sorry if this seems like a silly question, but I must ask. Is the Vinyl Mode button engaged?

Yes it is .
The left side is fine with the same settings.
The right side wound scratch or reverse unless a press SHIFT.

Chris I have the same problem with the left side of my R1. Will start the night off sort of working, but after about 30mins it wont respond to scratching. But is fine to small jog wheel movements etc.
If I push the whole jog wheel down firmly it sometimes restores the performance, but very often. Sadly as good as the unit is, mines been full of flaws since day one. :(

Yeah I mean it's not a cheap product to be having these issues .
Now they say I have to contact a supporter in my area.
I live in Aruba.
So I'm screwed.
